HAF raises $30k for Hindu minorities

The Hindu American Foundation held a forum Saturday in Farmington Hills, raising $30,000 from residents to help spread its message of pluralism and peace.

Co-founded by Southfield native Dr. Mihir Meghani, the foundation is the only group based in Washington, D.C., that deals with issues related to Hinduism.
